Delegate well
How many real working hours can you reliably deliver every day? Some people like to claim that they sleep for just a few hours each night and always work 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even if they are telling the truth (which they are not), their claims show that they are poor leaders. Any good leader can deliver far more than 24 working hours in a day. If you build the right team, they can collectively deliver thousands of hours of work every day. Your job is not to do all the work yourself, it is to make sure that your team can accomplish what needs to be done. That means you need the right team, and you need to delegate to the team.
