Use time well

Time is our most valuable resource. We can only spend it once, so we should spend it well. At work, this means you have to think ­strategically and tactically about how to use your time well.

You can use time well by focusing on three questions:

  • What do I want to achieve?
  • How can I get others to help me?
  • What is my role?

These questions, as we shall see, should look familiar.
