Chapter 2. Executive Summary The Fundamental Fifteen Keys to Winning Presentations

While much goes into planning, preparing, and giving business presentations, fifteen concepts stand out as fundamental, based on my experience and observations from top executives and presenters (Figure 2-1). A speaker who applies the Fundamental Fifteen is well on the way to a successful presentation.
