Figuring out what behaviors and accomplishments merit recognition is just half the job of designing a recognition and reward program. Deciding what rewards to give is the other half. The most obvious approach would be to put yourself in the shoes of the people you want to recognize and ask yourself what rewards you would appreciate receiving in the same circumstances.
