Getting an overview
So far, we have explored six People Models and ranged over different components of the organization. We started with conflict in inter-organizational relationships, moved to the organizational (structure and team), the interpersonal and individual levels. We know we can use every People Model at any of these, even though I have illustrated their use in only one chapter at a time as we went through the book. At this point, we apply the People Models like a pick and mix – as you would in practice. We need to choose one which makes sense of the issues or person at hand and, also, one which we have a rapport with.
