When we need to drive somewhere we’ve never been before, most of us go to an Internet mapping site and print directions. We do this to avoid getting lost, wasting our time, and using fuel unnecessarily. Creating a project plan is analogous to printing directions. The project plan is your roadmap to the finish line.
