Introduction: what do you think?
We live in a world where employers want more smart workers and less sweaty work. They want their people to develop their thinking skills so they get better solutions – better, clearer decisions. They are looking for executives who think about how to get the best out of each other. People who think better in their workplace, when they write, when they talk, in interviews, wherever; quite simply these people will do better if they think better.
