One of the big issues in the modern world is shortage of time. We all seem to be too busy. Arguably a book of a few hundred pages suggesting how to think more effectively simply adds to the pressure on your time. That’s why this part is the ‘ready prepared thinking meal’. If you only read this you’ll get the essence of the story I have to tell. It’ll be the instruction leaflet rather than the manual but hopefully it’ll be a lot better than nothing.
