How to write a convincing plan
The business adage, ‘If you fail to plan you are planning to fail’, is perhaps one of the truest pieces of advice anyone can give you, but that does not mean a business plan has to be a large or complex document. Nobody measures a business plan by its length. Keep it short and to the point. You can always add detailed appendices for those who need them.
The best business plan is the one you write yourself that is short, simple to understand and, above all else, believably illustrates how you plan to realise your personal vision.
