So far we’ve looked at three ways to make people feel S.P.E.C.I.A.L. – Serve, Personalize and Encourage. Now let’s look at four more ways. Remember, in doing so we’re aiming to improve our chances of being able to influence, engage and motivate others whilst at the same time reducing the chances of conflict. Here’s the fourth way.
