So, by now, you have identified the value-adding services you want to sell, your potential customers, and a marketing scheme for getting the word out that you exist. Your next step is getting yourself ready to make a sale. Many excellent books have been written outlining the various steps in the sales process and how to do selling (see Appendix 1).
