Connect Ideas to Ideas

Not every idea turns out to be useful or actionable on its own. Sometimes you can create great ideas by combining two concepts that were previously unconnected and perhaps unable to stand on their own. While occasionally the combination of two ideas is a matter of happenstance, more often it is the result of deliberately exploring whether you can strengthen an idea by connecting it to other ideas that you’ve encountered or are able to generate.
