Service Information Portal (SIP) can provide a wealth of information about your networking environment via a web browser. It can be customized to provide NNM topology submaps, SNMP data collection, and NNM alarms. SIP can also provide information such as Key Device Health, Router Health, and Server Health, as configured with Customer Views (CV). This chapter covers the demo portal provided with SIP, configuration of SIP users, and integration of NNM and CV.
