Introducing HR due diligence

Abstract:

The phases of a Human Resource Due Diligence process in mergers and acquisition (M&A) transactions may be clustered into upstream; midstream; and downstream. Amongst the key factors to consider are the formulation of appropriate HRM strategies that are aligned to the business; the identification and assessment of HR risks of the impending M&A transaction; and management integration upon the conclusion of the deal.
