Managing integration
Abstract:
Integrating individual businesses from distinct national and organisation cultures and diverse ethnicity is a challenge. The issues confronting management integration depends on the strength of the affective relationships of the parties; the comprehensiveness and thoroughness in conducting HR due diligence; the assessments to uncover unseen risks; and the resolution of disputes in negotiations. The handing and taking over processes focus on the HR infrastructure, organisational and cultural integration, and the retention of talented employees.
