21. Publishing Your Pages on the Web

Once you’ve finished your masterpiece, it’s time to put it on the web for all to see. This chapter covers the steps required to do so: getting a domain name, finding a web host, connecting your domain and web host, and transferring your files to your host’s server.

If you ever decide to change your web host, you can move your site to another web host’s server. Your domain name and all of your site’s URLs will stay exactly the same.

Also, be sure to test your pages thoroughly both before and after publishing them. Chapter 20 shows you how.
