On the following pages, you’ll find a list of the (X)HTML elements and attributes described in this book (including the chapters that have been moved to the Web site—see page 25). Each element has a short description, an annotated list of its associated attributes, and the page number in the book where you’ll find more information. If a particular attribute has no page reference, it means that it is discussed on the same page as the element with which it is listed.
