In this chapter, we discuss the subject of mindfulness. This valuable human skill – of full and non-judgmental awareness of one's present state – is proving its benefits in countless areas in our lives. We are certain this is not the first time you’ve heard the word or the philosophy! And obviously, we cannot encompass the whole topic of mindfulness in one chapter of one book. Mindfulness is studied and practiced worldwide and the information about its benefits is voluminous.
