Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Recruitment

Introduction

This chapter explores the extent to which a new vision on recruitment of employees can be developed that fits into a social corporate responsibility perspective. In the aftermath of the worldwide crisis from 2007 to 2015, stakeholders of some companies have been considering possible measures that could change the “ethical climate” in which business operates.
