2.1   Productivity

Sustainable productivity comprises three key components. In HR we must fully understand the component of productivity and have clear strategies to improve in every area. This is one part of the business that if you make any improvement it will be truly welcomed and you will massively increase your credibility as a Business Partner.

It is all about collecting the right data and planning strategically how each of these areas can be improved. It is crucial that we get this critical data at least annually. The collection of the information is normally linked to the performance appraisal cycle.
