Remuneration and retention in a privately-owned technology company

Introduction

As with many other organisations in China, Guangdong Waterproofing Technologies is having trouble attracting and retaining suitable staff. This company is using a number of attraction techniques based on remuneration and profit-sharing, along with assistance from the local government to attract young workers to the province.
