Anticipating the Future of Humble Leadership
As we look ahead, we must affirm that a critical process of Humble Leadership is active cultural stewardship—building awareness of cultural tailwinds and headwinds, seeing how conventions may hinder intentions to do something new and better, and knowing how our here-and-now social organization may help or hinder our efforts to generate change. In all of this, there is still one piece missing: active cultural scenario planning about the future.
