In this chapter, a meta-model is introduced that serves to better understand HybridP3M as a novel methodology. Every element of this meta-model is important. Next, process aspects are explained as to better position HybridP3M processes with some meta-data (data about processes). Then, HybridP3M’s fourteen unique processes are introduced. A graphical depiction of the combined processes is missing as the processes are difficult to relate with one another (based on complex relationships, independent execution, or an extra dimension such as time in life cycle management). It is better to present a model of project enterprise functions that lays the foundation for functional processes (see Figure 1.1).
