In this chapter, a case is made for hybrid project management, which is a complex concept, often misinterpreted. Second, following the meta-model in the previous chapter, HybridP3M processes are linked with roles. This mapping is known as Matrix 1. The roles introduced here are explained in detail. Following this, Matrix 2 is introduced for matrix-style resource management, enabling optimized allocation of resources within a portfolio.
