The Holistic View:E in R.E.A.D.
Without the benefit of having you in a classroom, I needed to find different approaches to teach you how to view body language holistically. The results are two complementary systems of review: one for mood, and the other for posture. The latter is a version of what I teach military, law enforcement, and other students in security. The former is a new system I developed to give you a streamlined way to understand what the pieces probably mean when they come together. “Probably” refers to whether the actions come from the gut or from the brain of someone who knows how to manipulate body language.
