9. It Seems We’re Always Selling
Most family eBay businesses don’t consider themselves large businesses. Most don’t even consider themselves a business, although you’ve learned throughout this book how much more effective you can be when you treat your eBay sales as a proper business. Not only do you and your eBay Maniac get deserved tax breaks, but when you begin to track your costs, search for new inventory sources, and learn new ways to promote your sales, you’re going through the same motions that most businesses go through. You and your eBay Maniac’s eBay sales do comprise a business.
You don’t have to run a large business to go through the effort of promoting your business. Always be on the lookout for ways to promote your sales.
