Appendix C. Project Plan
The following table is a sample project plan from Cognos Solutions Implementation Methodology (CSIM). It should be used in conjunction with Chapter 14, “Manage IBM Cognos Project: An Overview.” It illustrates the various tasks, task predecessors, and resources required to accomplish each task.
The Task Number column sequentially lists all the tasks in a typical Cognos Implementation Project Plan. The Task Name column describes each task in the project plan. The Predecessors column identifies the task sequence in which they should be performed, if included in the project plan.
