Cognos TM1 Building Blocks: TurboIntegrator
In this chapter we will discuss the principles of TurboIntegrator and how you can use TurboIntegrator as a building block of your Cognos TM1 solution.
TurboIntegrator is often called the ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) tool of Cognos TM1. But this is only half of the truth. TurboIntegrator is purely the script engine of Cognos TM1, with the following capabilities:
• TurboIntegrator is able to connect to external data sources and Cognos TM1 Cube and extract data.
• TurboIntegrator is able to transform data.
