Multiyear Scenario Planning
In this chapter we want to show how you can do quantitative long-range scenario planning with Cognos TM1. Before we dive deeper into this domain, let’s discuss the challenges and possible answers more generally, from a conceptual point of view. It might be obvious to use TM1 for strategic planning. But scenario planning is more than adapting operational planning to a longer horizon.
