Storage area network
The storage area network (SAN) is one of the most important aspects when implementing and configuring IBM Spectrum Virtualize and IBM FlashSystem.
This chapter does not describe how to design and build a flawless SAN from the beginning. Rather, it provides guidance to connect IBM Spectrum Virtualize and Storwize in an existing SAN to achieve a stable, redundant, resilient, scalable, and performance-likely environment.
