Remote support
This chapter describes the outbound (Call Home and support data offload) and inbound (code download and remote support) communications for the IBM System Storage DS8000 family.
The DS8870 maintains the same functions as in the previous generation. Special emphasis was placed on the Assist On-site (AOS) section. It is an additional method for remote access to IBM products.
