Building the starter system
In this chapter we describe how we created our Parallel Sysplex system, starting with the distributed AD-CD z/OS 1.13H1 system. This information may be useful for migration to new releases, and as background information for expanding the scope of our Parallel Sysplex starter system. We do not claim to have used the best methods or the most efficient techniques. We almost always elected to use the simplest way to accomplish our goals.
