IBM TS2260 tape drive
The IBM TS2260 tape drive (3580 model H6S) is an external stand-alone or rack mountable unit, which is designed to offer high capacity and performance for the midrange system environment. The TS2260 tape drive incorporates the IBM Linear Tape-Open (LTO) Ultrium 6 Half-High tape drive and uses a dual-port 6 Gbps SAS (serial-attached SCSI) host interface, or, as an option, a single 6 Gbps SAS port and a single USB 3.0 port. The tape drive supports a native data rate performance of up to 160 MBps.
