5. Identify any firewalls and obtain the required authorization to pass network traffic through
them.
6. Obtain the static IP addresses that will be used for the TotalStorage Productivity Center
servers.
3.3.1 TCP/IP ports used
Table 3-1 lists the TCP/IP ports used by the Agent Manager component. You can change any
of the port numbers except for port 80, which is used by the agent recovery service.
If there is a firewall between the Agent Manager and the agents and resource managers in
your deployment, you must open the Agent Manager ports for inbound TCP traffic to the
Agent Manager.
