Overview
Notes/Domino 6 and the “point” releases of Domino 6 (Domino 6.5.1 was the latest point release when this Appendix was written) have many new features. For example, Domino 6 has many built-in client management features that allow Domino administrators to efficiently manage Notes client desktops across the enterprise. Policies are a new feature of Notes/Domino 6 that are configured using policy documents on the Domino server. Policies allow administrators to define and control Notes 6 client workstation configuration. Policies can be used to help make administering desktops easier and more efficient.
