Appendix C. Setup Instructions for Samples
In this book, we have included a number of examples to help you understand the concepts introduced. In order to run these examples, you need to obtain and install a number of products. This Appendix lists those products and how to obtain sample or free versions of them. We also briefly outline how they were installed to support the examples. You are, of course, free to use purchased versions of these products if you have them available.
