WAS General Problem Determination
Since the WAS layer of the infrastructure is inherently complex, of course there are many potential things to go wrong there. Fortunately, there are also a great many more places to look for clues and a number of excellent tools (which we will discuss in the next section). In this section, we will talk about some general WAS problems and their symptoms.
As a first investigative step, if global security is on, you might check to see if the problem still occurs with it off.
