5. Log off from Everyplace Access and log on as this user to the Exchange
server by navigating to http//:wea01.pvclab.com/exchange/marcy/.
6. Click Calendar. Create a new calendar entry (appointment).

7. Select a date and time and type in some information. Then select Invite

9. Click Send.
10.Now create a recurring meeting. Follow the steps outlined above and click
Recurrence on the following screen.
