Problem Determination Using the Administrative Console

When troubleshooting problems through the console, the first place to look for an indication of problems should be the console's status tray and event logs. From the status tray, you can find summaries of recent configuration problems as well as important run-time events from the server environment. If there is a problem trying to control the servers using command-line or console tooling, you might want to check general connectivity of the DMgr to its node agents and servers, making sure that the appropriate node agents are running.
