Channel-to-channel connections
This chapter describes two types of channel-to-channel (CTC) connections:
•Fibre Channel connection (FICON) channels for the IBM z13 (z13), IBM z13s (z13s), IBM Enterprise EC12 (zEC12), IBM zEnterprise BC12 (zBC12), IBM zEnterprise 196 (z196), and IBM zEnterprise 114 (z114)
•ESCON and FICON channels to interconnect servers and logical partitions for IBM zEnterprise 196 (z196) and IBM zEnterprise 114 (z114)
