Server Time Protocol (STP)
Server Time Protocol (STP) provides synchronized time-of-day (TOD) clocks among several connected systems. zPDT GA6 provides this function for use among multiple zPDT systems. The zPDT implementation is not designed for connection to larger System z STP configurations. Figure 20-1 provides an overview of the function.
