LANs
LAN setup can become complicated, partly because you must deal with physical LAN hardware and interfaces in the underlying Linux and the z System interfaces. At the z System level, zPDT provides emulated OSA functions. OSA functions are closely tied to CHPID usage (on a large z System) and you must deal with CHPID-like details at the zPDT level.
