This chapter is not intended as a general z/OS guide, or as a guide to the AD-CD systems. However, several common questions or problems are discussed here.
12.1 How much storage for z/OS?
Starting with z/OS 2.3 a minimum of 2 GB storage (memory) is required1 when running z/OS under zPDT. (A minimum of 8 GB is required on other systems.)
