The Seven All-Time Greatest Ideation Techniques

Of the scores of ideation techniques we use in our innovation consulting, there are seven that we use more often than any others. Indeed, these “super seven” typically make up as much as 60 percent or more of our session plan designs. So by learning these seven techniques, the facilitating leader can relatively quickly attain a high level of skill and expertise in both ideation session design and facilitation.
