IAM Roadmap and Strategy

In previous chapters we have discussed the processes and techniques to assess the current state and maturity levels of an IAM program, identified key challenges in deploying an IAM solution, and provided techniques to define the future state of an IAM program. In this chapter, we examine how to effectively use the current state, future state, and gap assessment to support the development of an IAM strategy and roadmap for the implementation of the organization’s future state IAM environment and goals.
