Ruler
Spot plate, 12-well
Materials you Provide
Gloves
Acetone
Ethanol
Pencil
Scanner and software (optional)
Scissors
Toothpicks, plastic
Xylene
Specimens, black felt-tip pens (3)
Warning
Wear splash goggles, gloves, and protective clothing. Acetone, ethanol, and xylene are extremely flammable. Read the MSDS for each chemical you use and follow the recommended safety precautions.
