Materials You Provide

  • Gloves

  • Balance

  • Eggs, uncooked (2)

  • Foam cups

  • Graph paper, calculator, or software

  • Marking pen

  • Paper towels

  • Syrup (corn, maple, pancake, waffle, etc.)

  • Tablespoons, plastic or metal (2)

  • Vinegar, distilled white

  • Watch or clock with second hand
