WHAT KINDS OF theatre jobs are there? If you were to ask a person on the street that question you would probably get an answer like, “Well there are actors of course, and directors, and the authors who write the plays.” A more detailed answer from someone who enjoys theatre might include choreographers and dancers and people who design scenery or lights. Those are all very visible occupations to the public, especially the actors, because they are what theatregoers actually experience when they go to see a show.
