Chapter 16. Layers

In this important chapter you’ll learn how to create top-level layers and sublayers; edit groups; delete layers and objects; select layer listings; select objects via the Layers panel; restack, duplicate, lock/unlock, and hide/show layers; collect objects onto a new layer; release objects to layers; and finally, merge and flatten layers.
