Effective methods of calculation of the multi-dimensional discrete Fourier transform are proposed, which are based on its new representation.

In this work, a new general approach to consideration of the multi-dimensional discrete Fourier transform (MDFT) is described, the main idea of which is a unique possibility of presentation of each component of the transform by the corresponding one-dimensional vector.
